Autograph Pavilion FAQ:

Does my autograph ticket grant me access to the Wisconsin Card Show?

No, to purchase entry tickets to the Wisconsin Card Show, visit their website here.

When should I arrive for my photo op?

Please arrive at the photo booth 15 minutes prior to the listed autograph signing time. 

How many people can I have in my photo op?

A photo op ticket is good for up to 4 people per photo.

When/Where can I pick up my autograph tickets?

Autograph tickets will be available for pickup at our will call station beginning Friday night. Stay posted for further details on the location of the will call booth.

Will authentication be available for purchase at the event?

Yes, JSA Authentication will have a booth in the autograph pavilion to provide Witness Authentication to those who request.

I cannot attend the show. Can I still get my item signed?

Yes! Drop your item off in one of our four locations prior to January 13th, and we will get the item signed for you.

Autograph Signings FAQ:

What is the difference between a public and private signing?

Public signings are open to the public. Customers who purchase tickets can meet the athlete and have their item signed in person. Private signings are closed to the public and autographs are only available on items dropped off or mailed in.

When/Where do I get my public signing tickets?

Pre-purchased tickets will be available to pick up at a will call station the day of the signing. Please bring a valid ID.

I cannot attend the public signing. Can I still get my item signed?

Yes, as long as we receive the item prior to the listed drop off deadline (either through in-person drop off or through the mail), we will still get your item signed?

Can I add an inscription to an item I already have signed?

No, inscription tickets must be accompanied by an autograph ticket.

Will you call me when my item is ready for pickup?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of drop-offs we take in, we are unable to call every customer after a signing is complete. Items are usually shipped out / available for pickup 3-7 days after the listed signing date. Feel free to call us at 262-544-0959 if you need to check on your item's status.

 

Additional Signing Information:

*The athlete reserves the right to refuse to sign or inscribe any item or phrase.

*Refunds on Autograph Signing Tickets will only be given in the form of store credit, unless the athlete fails to appear.

*We cannot accept stamped postage on packages over 12 ounces, as postal carriers will not accept them. Please ensure you include a printed return label or purchase the correct return shipping for your package.
