- Each Autograph ticket is good for one autograph on your item.
- Inscription tickets must be accompanied by an Autograph ticket.

- Photo Op tickets please be ready 15 minutes prior to the autograph signing time and listen for announcement.
- All tickets are for pick-up only at Will Call at the Show, you must bring a government-issued ID to pick up your tickets.
- You may also add a JSA Authentication ticket ($10) to have your signature certified at the JSA Booth located adjacent to the Autograph Pavilion.

Athlete reserves the right to refuse to sign or inscribe any item or saying. Private signings are not open to the public. Customers can drop off their own item or purchase one from us to be autographed. Public signings are open to the public and customers can purchase a ticket and bring in their own item or purchase one from us (we generally have 8x10 photos and mini helmets available – for some players we have jerseys and full size helmets as well). Customers can also drop off an item for a public signing if they are unable to attend or purchase an item from us to get autographed.
No refunds on Autograph Signing Tickets unless athlete does not show. In store credit only.
We will NOT accept stamps on any package weighing over 12 ounces as the postal carrier will not take them. Please include a printed label or purchase the correct return shipping available.
When selecting an UNSIGNED PRODUCT, please also select the appropriate signature ticket from the drop-down menu. If you are unable to pick up your item(s) after the signing please select the appropriate SHIPPING fee in the drop-down menu. If you have multiple items, please call or email and we can combine shipping.
*For inscriptions: You can put what you want the inscription to state in the comment section when checking out.
